Quick Facts about the Rebel Organization.

• The Football Season runs from August to November.
• The Rebels are members of the San Gabriel Valley Junior All American Football Conference composed of 28 cities divided into four leagues with over 6,500 boys and girls participating.
• The conference awards $1000.00 scholarships to High School graduates who have played two years in a Conference franchise, maintained a 3.5 grade average, have an SAT score of 1000 and write an essay of their experience as a player or a cheerleader.
• Over the years the conference has awarded more than $250,000.00 in scholarships.
• The Rebels award a $50.00 US Savings Bond to the participant with highest grade point average in their respective team.
• Rebels signups start in April at selected locations throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

• Residents of Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel and Montebello (north of the # 60 freeway) are eligible to participate.
• Age on December 31st of the current playing year is the League age.
• The Rebels have Flag Football Teams for 6 to 8 year olds.
• The Rebels have four tackle teams ages 8 to 13 years old.

• The Cheerleaders are 6 to 14 years old and up to 9th grade.
• A 2.0 grade average must be maintained during the entire season.

• All of our games are played in the San Gabriel Valley.
• Our Coaching staffs have the knowledge and experience in teaching good sportsmanship and the proper and safe way of playing football.  They also make sure that everyone is maintaining their schoolwork.
