You will need to bring your Parent

Registration fee FLAG $110.00 or pay 1/2 paid in full before 1st day of practice 7-26-2010

Registration fee TACKLE $150.00 or pay 1/2 paid in full before 1st day of practice 7-26-2010

Birth Certificate (new players)

$50.00 deposit for volunteer help will be paid before 1st day of practice 7-26-2010

Last Chance

We will be collecting balances for registration, and fees for volunteer hours.

Helmet will be issued to those that are paid in full on July 17th - Time TBD

The following 3 items need to be completed before a player can practice on
7/26/2010:
1. Registration Paid in Full
2. Physicals
3. June report card, or signed waiver

Residents in Rosemead, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, Montebello (north of 60frwy) and El Monte (91731 north of 10frwy)
